Stay — Professional Partner Orders
Stay is a new kind of grief support tool built around scent, memory, and time. It gives families a thoughtful way to care for the familiar scent held in a loved one's clothing and personal fabrics, and to return to that connection in their own time. Each Stay includes three individually sealed scent pouches, a memory journal, gloves, and a beautifully designed box.

Our first production release is open. We're finalizing the details of Stay with care, and partners can now reserve their kits at introductory pricing. We anticipate shipping within 8–12 weeks of ordering and will share updates along the way.
Delivery: Local partner delivery is included. Shipping outside the local delivery area is charged separately.
How partners offer Stay
Keep Stay on site for families to purchase and take home, or introduce it as an optional resource during arrangements and aftercare. Partners are not expected to provide it free of charge.
Our first production release
We're putting the finishing touches on Stay's first production run, carefully refining the details that make the experience special. Advance orders reserve your partner quantities at introductory pricing while we finalize production.
We anticipate shipping within 8–12 weeks of your order. This is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed date. We'll keep you informed as production progresses and provide updated shipping information as your order approaches completion.
Order details and peace of mind
We want you to feel confident ordering from our first release. You may cancel for a full refund before production has been committed for your order. After that point, orders are generally noncancelable, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Because partner quantities are produced for your organization, we cannot accept general returns for changes of mind or unsold inventory. If anything arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Our estimated shipping timeframe is 8–12 weeks after ordering. If that timing changes, we will contact you with an updated estimate and any delay-consent, cancellation, or refund options required by law. If required consent is not received, we will cancel and refund the unshipped order as required by law. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable law.
