First-release partner preorders

First-release partner orders are preorder quantities, estimated to ship within 8–12 weeks after the order is placed. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed shipping or delivery date. Production and freight timing may vary, and carrier transit time is additional. We will provide updates if the production timeline materially changes.

Production updates and delays

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you with an updated estimate and provide any delay-consent, cancellation, and refund options required by applicable law. If required consent is not obtained, we will cancel and promptly refund the unshipped order as required by law.

Shipping and local delivery

Partner shipping is currently available to eligible United States addresses. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Local partner delivery is included for addresses within our eligible local delivery area when local delivery is selected at checkout. Orders requiring a separate shipping arrangement, including larger orders without an available checkout rate, should be arranged with us before purchase.
