Refund policy

Partner preorder cancellations

Partner preorders may be cancelled for a full refund before the order has entered production. Once production has been committed for your order, the order becomes noncancelable, except for cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law, including applicable rights relating to shipping delays.

Returns and order issues

Partner orders are preorder inventory purchased specifically for your organization. We do not offer general returns for change of mind or unsold inventory. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, Stay a little longer will make it right through replacement or refund, as appropriate. These terms do not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Shipping delays

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you with an updated estimate and provide any delay-consent, cancellation, and refund options required by applicable law. If required consent is not obtained, we will cancel and promptly refund the unshipped order as required by law.
